PT. Mitra Infoparama is a national IT Services Company, provides maintenance & human resources management in providing qualified professional resources.
To support the above requirements we are looking for young, skilled and motivated persons for the following positions:


IT Help Desk & Support


Requirements:

  • Female / Male, age between 23 up to 35 years
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / System information
  • At least 2 (two) years of working experience in IT industry, preferable as system support/system helpdesk/information security officer/system admin
  • Good communication skills, written & verbal (must be fluent in English)
  • Posses good inter-personal skill, proactive, initiative, discipline, good attitude, team work and hard worker


Skill :

  • Very good Skill and Knowledge in Microsoft products, Email System, MS Windows OS (XP, Vista, 2000, 2003, 2008) and MS Office.
  • Knowledge in Lotus Notes is an advantage
  • Good Knowledge in IT Desktop Peripherals (PC, Notebook, Printer, Scanner, etc), Posses a good problem analysis and troubleshooting skill in PC/server environment, software, hardware, networking & have an IT certification will be an advantage
