How to take recommendations
To get a recommendation from a present employer, you must inform him that you are going to quit. This should be done very carefully, so as not to offend the chief. Start the conversation about what you expect to broaden his experience, to try himself in a related field or simply take a break from work. Don't tell him you are unhappy with the wages or working conditions. In this case, to obtain a positive recommendation difficult.
When you have prepared the head to what is going to go, strike up a conversation about the recommendations. If the chief has no time to write them, do it yourself. Write about your professional skills and abilities on how much you worked in the company, what results were achieved during this time. Send a recommendation to the Director by e-mail with a request to read and comment on written. Most likely, he will add something from myself. Then print the letter and take it to the signature.
Do not have to take the written recommendations. Many employers prefer to talk with the former head personally. Before giving him the phone, be sure to ask permission. If the Director is not configured to talk, contact to the Deputy, or to the employee, who was closely associated with you in the workflow.
Usually, the employer requests recommendations from last place of work. If contact with the leadership to establish not successful, or the reason for leaving was not entirely positive, ask for feedback to the second to last boss. This requires maintaining communication with the former place of service. Remember that always and don't forget to congratulate the Director with the holidays and birthday. Effort you will require, but a good reputation will be.
