How to be successful in work
Cast aside all doubts in your abilities. Look at successful people and ask yourself the question: "What prevents me from becoming the same?". If you do not coincide in the level of education, enter the university, start attending seminars and master classes (they are now organized very much, it would be a desire, if you live not in a large city, look for webinars and trainings on the Internet, among them there are professional enough ). Communication with like-minded people will give you strength.
Do not give up after failures. You can not leave the race. Refusal of further actions generates new failures. Learn to dig yourself to the truth and do not hesitate to demonstrate your desire to understand and bring the matter to its logical conclusion to your boss. Do not take to heart any criticism, except constructive.
Be independent. Think more about yourself than about others. After all, your desire is to become successful yourself, and not to make all those around you. No, it is not necessary to become a complete egoist, but you will agree that a person who constantly thinks about others has neither the strength nor the time (and often even the desire) to take care of himself and his career.
Learn to plan and analyze. In your plans include cases in which you can surpass and outstrip the others. Of course, you should not strive to conquer the whole world, otherwise you will quickly exhale, and all efforts will be in vain. Analyze your victories and good luck on the road to success, along with mistakes and misses that are always inevitable. Analysts are not born, they become. If you learn to subject yourself to strict analysis of your actions in solving problems, and then draw adequate conclusions, this will shorten the path to success a hundredfold.
Be able to concentrate on the main goal. Try not to be scattered on a lot of side-effects, inevitably arising during the course of work. The implementation of side ideas and projects is a good thing, provided that they are worthwhile and do not interfere with the main ones.
Be an optimist. If you are pre-configured to fail, it will certainly happen. But if you believe in a favorable outcome and apply to it all the strength and desire, the work will go much more productive.
Do not neglect your rest. Pleasant and high-quality rest will charge you with energy and new ideas, whereas in the hustle and bustle of monotonous endless everyday life you risk losing even the most important idea: what is all this all about: your efforts, your desire to achieve something, etc.
