How to control your time
First of all, decide on your own priorities, at least, with the goals and objectives for the near future - day, week, month. Determine which tasks for you are the most important, which are secondary.
When goals are defined, you can start planning your own time. Make a list of the necessary cases, name it, for example, "the list of cases for today." Add to it all the things planned for the day, really appreciate how much time you need to complete each item, add a little extra time to go from one case to another, leave a couple of minutes to relax or relax.
Remember, the to-do list must be realistic and allow for compromises. Leave for yourself such a number of cases that you can actually accomplish during the day. Based on the priorities you outlined, delete from the list less important or less urgent cases that can be transferred to anothertime or another day. Sometimes you can say no to additional public, work or family assignments, think about how they can be postponed.
Review carefully your list. Think about what matters you can delegate to other people, with which matters your colleagues, bosses, family members will manage faster and better. Thus, you will be able to deal with those plans that require your intervention directly.
Be sure to leave sometime "for myself". Decide how you will spend your "personaltime ". It can be your interests, hobbies, rest, perhaps you will want to walk or just "look around".
Make such schedules every day, try to plan in advance week and month. And, most importantly, strictly follow the plans you have planned, gradually deleting already completed cases. If you compare people who have reached a high social status with people whose position is more modest, it turns out that both know about such lists. The only difference is that the first such lists are made and implemented, and the latter do not find time for planning.
And still, if you did not manage to do all the tasks scheduled for the day, do not be discouraged. Remember - when carrying out the intended task, the main thing is not to win over it, but your participation and interest in learning the correct and effective use of time.
