How to find a good and inexpensive cleaner in the office
Before looking for an employee for this vacancy, it is worth considering: on what conditions a decent, accurate and obligatory person will agree to perform such work for a small fee.
Most likely, such a person will be someone for whom the work of the cleaning lady will not be the main one, but will serve as a good way to add some more money to the basic income.
So, the prospective candidate must either already work, or have another stable source of income. But such people usually can't devote the cleaners a full day. Be uncomfortable for most and work in the daytime. Therefore, you should offer a schedule to the worker coped with their responsibilities for a few hours, such as evenings when the office workers finish working day or in the morning, before the start of the normal time activities of the office.
It is convenient if such an employee lives or works close to the office, which must be cleaned - he will not need to spend extra money and time on the road, and work will be more attractive for him.
Clear job responsibilities, preferably in writing, will also help to avoid mutual claims and misunderstanding. The phrase "clean, where the dirty" not suitable categorically: the notion of "dirty" people are different.
Selection of candidates
The best option would be if one of your office workers will want to take on the responsibility for cleaning the premises. A definite plus is the fact that it is already known in the collective person, proven and reliable. This will eliminate the possibility that a cleaning lady will do something (make a mess in the documents, damage the equipment, etc.). By the way, the cases of truancy and theft in the workplace will also be deleted.
If this option is not suitable, perhaps someone from office workers to remember their relatives or friends in need of money. It can be female, retired, responsible and full of health and strength, a young mother on maternity leave, a student or even a student of high school. Usually, such people will not want to abandon those who they recommend and will approach their duties more responsibly.
If such candidates are not there, you can try to find an employee through an ad. A good option would be to put up a sign in the office and in walking distance from it. The more complete will be ad, the more likely clipping "incompetent" candidates at a very early stage. But even a perfectly well-written ad doesn't guarantee that will work immediately to find the right person. You may have to risk having a cleaner to start on a trial basis.
