How to find a job on the phone
Never include your home number until, until you sign a contract with the employer. All negotiations take only mobile. Don't place your contact information (with the exception of ISQ, or e-mail box created specifically for this purpose) when placing ads on job search.
Go to a few Internet sites that publish the ads. Usually ads on the recruitment of dispatchers (or operators) are located in the section "Working without special qualification". Read the ads and registering on the website, contact by email or phone with potential employers or send them your resume.
Subscribe to the newsletter of new vacancies that interest you. In order for your mailbox not to be filled with spam soon, set all possible restrictions offered by your service.
Do not forget to place your resume on sites that you have visited, even if you have already found some interesting offers.
Phoned employers. If the employer refuses a personal meeting, then cross out his offer from the list of possible ones, since, most likely, this person wants to find a dispatcher for not very good purposes.
Usually managers on a home phone may be needed by the taxi companies or firms engaged in the conveying of goods or the provision of services wainting nature (e.g., repair). So just ask the employer what his organization, and will you sign him to a contract for the provision of services. If the employer offers you a trial period, immediately refuse such a proposal, as a similar agreement, though may be concluded for a certain time, but, however, does not imply any additional conditions when applying for a job.
