How to find a job for a Ukrainian
Before beginning the search for a job set a goal you want to achieve, plan the way to achieve it. Start your job search with filling out the questionnaire about the work and learn what to apply on the labour market.
Analyze the situation. Make a list of negative and positive aspects of your situation. In this case, consider factors such as salary, possibility of growth and increased competencies, functional duties, the psychological climate in the team.
Now try to answer the following questions: What kind of activity do you like more? Everything is done to ensure that the work has become more interesting? Is it possible without changing the place of work, to solve problems encountered in existing work? What should be the new job?

Write a list of achievements and which of them can be in demand in the labor market, which can appreciate on the new job? Set geographical boundaries for a new job and while searching, concentrate on them.
Be sure to review the labor market and the wage, to which one should aspire. Find out how many vacancies are offered for the selected job. Talk to people working in the company where you want to go. Use the Internet to possess more information in this matter.
Make a plan of action to make a new step in his career. Please be patient and not take hasty decisions. Think again, this is bad in the present work, since the transition to another place of work will require sacrifice and willpower. It may be that minor changes will preserve the current work and it will be more reliable and better solution.
