How to write a report
Define the form of accountability. The report may be text-based and statistical. In the first information is represented as a connected narrative, which, if necessary, is supplemented by tables, graphs and other illustrations. In the statistical report the opposite is true: the figures and diagrams are accompanied by brief textual explanations.
Indicate the time frame. Report can write about work for the week, month, quarter, year. Then, select smaller sections, reflecting fully the work undertaken: training, implementation stages of the project, the positive results achieved, difficulties encountered and options for addressing them.
