How to write a claim to the company
The claim is written in an arbitrary form, but it must contain a number of mandatory information.
In the first section there should be information on who (for whom the title and the name of the enterprise are sufficient) and from whom (the full name, full name, full name and telephone number for communication) comes from the claim.
Next, a separate line, usually in large letters follows the name of the document - "CLAIM". But you can title it and "statement." A line with a name can be centered, but not necessary.
The name follows the new line of the claim text. Here it is necessary to state the history of your relations with the company from the very beginning, list the violations of your rights committed by it, refer to the provisions of the current legislation, which contradict the actions of the company and its employees.
Having stated all the circumstances, we must pass to the requirements. Usually they are stated after the words "based on the above PLEASE:". Then the numbered list lists the measures that the author of the claim considers necessary to eliminate violations of his rights. It is best to justify each claim by referring to the provisions of the current legislation, from which it follows.
At the end of the document, you need to state your further actions in case the requirements are ignored: to apply to the court, where to demand compensation for moral damage and material damage, etc., depending on the situation.
Then the document must be printed and signed.
Refer the document tothe company you can personally. In this case, a second copy will be needed, at which the employees who acceptedclaim. must sign a receipt. If they do not do this or the company is in another city, you can use the services of the post office. Proof of receipt of the claim by the company will be a notice of delivery.
