How to write an order for the staff list
The order to develop a staffing table is drawn up and approved by the head of the organization. He also elects the person responsible for the registration of this organizational document. It can be a chief accountant, a cadre worker, an accountant and, accordingly, the supervisor himself. In the order it is necessary to indicate the person responsible for the development of the document. The order should contain information on the terms of staffing, the coordination of its content and approval. The text of the order may be different, for example, "I order: the head of the unit to prepare and submit to the accounts department a proposal on the number of staff units, by the amount of salaries and allowances in 2011, until January 15, 2011".
After that, a staffschedule under the form No. Т-3, which was approved by the State Statistics Committee No. 1 of January 5, 2004. Please note that no abbreviations are allowed when completing the form. The name of the organization is filled in identical to the constituent documents. Also do not forget to put the schedule number. In the organizational-administrative document there is a column where it is necessary to enter the number of the approving order, the date of the order and the number of units in the staff.
After this document is drawn up, it is provided to the head of the organization, who, in turn, must read and approve itorder. The text of the order is arbitrary.
