How to write an order for staffing
The order for the development of staffing is drawn up and approved by the head of the organization. He also elects the person responsible for the design of this organizational document. This may be the chief accountant, personnel officer, accountant and, accordingly, the manager himself. The order must specify the person responsible for developing the document. The order should contain information on the terms of staffing, coordination of its content and approval. The text of the order may be different, for example, “I order: to the head of the division, before January 15, 2011, prepare and hand over to the accounting department a proposal on the number of staff units, on the size of salaries and allowances in 2011.”
After this is made regularschedule according to the form No. T-3, which was approved by the State Statistics Committee No. 1 of January 5, 2004. Please note that abbreviations are not allowed when filling out the form. The name of the organization is filled in identically the constituent documents. Also do not forget to put down the number of the schedule. In the organizational-administrative document there is a column where it is necessary to enter the number of the approving order, the date of disposal and the number of units in the state.
After this document has been prepared, it is submitted to the head of the organization, who, in turn, should familiarize himself with and approve it.by order. The text of the order is arbitrary. For example, “I order: to approve staffingschedule dated January 1, 2011 No. 3 with a regular staff of 18 (eighteen) units with a monthly salary fund of 156789 (one hundred fifty six thousand seven hundred eighty nine) rubles. ”
