How to write a business letter
Decide the purpose of the letter. It is necessary to write only if the subject to which it is dedicated, and cannot be resolved over the phone or in person, and, if it is to serve as the official document confirming the fact of his departure. Avoid in the text of the letter categorical expressions. Use for this purpose introductory words and constructions: if possible, apparently, as follows from, as is known.
Business etiquette requires to begin a letter with "Dear sir" and write a name and a patronymic of the addressee. If not, then at the end of the letter, before the signature of the head of your organization must have the phrase "With respect". This respect you can emphasize in the text of the letter, using the participial momentum as: "having carefully studied your comments Your comments...", "having carefully considered Your offer...".
A letter of business must be written on the organization's letterhead, where its full name and contact numbers are indicated.
