How to write a performance evaluation
The official response is written immediate supervisor of the employee. It consists of four parts: the title, personal, primary, and reflective personal qualities. If the writing of such characteristics is received for you, contact the HR Department and request basic personal information.
Take a sheet of paper of standard A4 and write on top of the header. Follow-up sheet, specify the word "Feature" and surname, name and patronymic of the employee, the position they currently position.
In the questionnaire part, specify the basic information questionnaire: the place and year of birth, complete educational institution. Specify year of graduation and obtained specialty training. List the main milestones employment history – organizations in which people worked and occupied in this position, the timing.
In the main part tell us about the work of the employee in your organization. List the positions that he held at different times, the duties which he was entrusted. Reflect his attitude to work – refresher course, which he completed, participation in conferences and seminars, scientific papers and publications. List the encouragement which he received during the work in the organization. Note his personal contribution to the activities which the company carries out projects, which were performed with his participation.
Tell us about his personal qualities that help or hinder the person in the performance of official duties. Note his integrity, creative approach to assignments, timeliness and accuracy of their performance. Or Vice versa, will be reflected in the characteristics of unreliability, unpunctuality, fear of the new. As supervisor you, as no one else will be able to objectively describe the employee, his working qualities.
The characteristics reflect the relationship with the staff – the friendliness, willingness to help or quarrelsome nature, a penchant for squabbling.
The official response signed by the direct supervisor, the head of Department and must be endorsed by the personnel Department.
