How to write an application for a day off
If you want to leave, you once worked for extra time, write a statement to grant you the day off. Your leadership will be obliged to make an order about giving you time off. Specify this statement for any processed hours (days) you want to get the day off and what day you want to get off. Please note that this day will not be paid to you on top.
If you need time off at any time (day or more) because of any circumstances of a personal nature, write a statement about giving you this day off, also indicating the days on which you want to obtain additional rest days. These days also you will not be paid.
Based on this statement, the employer must provide you with time off in the following cases:
1. The birth of a child
2. Registration of marriage
3. Death of close relatives
Duration of provided time off in accordance with the labor legislation – no more than five days. If your situation is beyond the scope of described, the decision on the provision of time off depends entirely on your employer.
To get paid time off you can ask him about your paid vacation, and only your employer decides to give you it or not. One of the parts of such a "broken" leave should be more than fourteen days. Write a statement in providing you with paid leave or application for transfer of vacation or provide some paid leave for time worked.
The application should be written by hand and describe in detail its request in it, specify the exact dates that you want to get a vacation to.
If you have an agreement with your boss, that you will be paid for the day on which you take a day off, still write an application for a time off so that there is no confusion later.
Remember that regardless of your situation, an official day off you can obtain only with the consent of his superiors. Do not engage in arbitrariness, and coordinate with the management of all my days and weekends in order to avoid controversial situations, even if you are great friends.
