How to write an application for reduction
First of all, make sure that the fact of reduction actually takes place. To do this, you must familiarize yourself with the order of reduction, issue a notice and an act of a job offer or its absence. In all of the above documents, you must sign the inspection. In the notice issued to you, you should be offered a dismissal due to staff reduction before the expiration date (in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, it is two months) upon a written application.
In the case when there are no prospects for employment in the company, and there is a plan for another solution to the problems that have arisen, decide on an early reduction. To do this, you need to personally writestatement (sample is submitted) about dismissal due to reduction of staff or number with payment of due compensation.
In the application, be sure to indicate the date you want to quit, put the date and personal signature.
What will be included in the dismissal?
1. Mandatory payments while reducing - average monthly earnings. The second average monthly salary you must pay in a month. As an exception, the third average earnings are paid. However, to obtain it, you will need a certificate stating that you are not working. It can be taken at the Employment Center, where you must register not later than 2 weeks from the date of your dismissal.
2. Payment of days not worked up to two months at the rate of average earnings. For example, a notice was issued to you on 06/14/2009, the estimated date of dismissal is 13/08/2009. According to the statement, you were fired on 06/26/2009. Total deficiency 1 month 18d. Here during this period compensation will be paid.
3. Payment of unused vacation days. If the vacation is used in advance, no hold will be made.
