How to write an application for dismissal at will
Remember that you must write your application for resignation at your own will not later than two weeks before the date of the alleged withdrawal from work. Under the legislation of the Russian Federation, an employee must work for two weeks to complete the business started and transfer the position to a person who will replace him on it. In this period, the usual salary is paid, and the employee, if he does not want to bother himself, even can draw up a regular leave for this time with subsequent dismissal.
The application for dismissal at will is written by hand on a regular sheet of paper. In the upper right-hand side, indicate the position and the name of the person to whom the document is being sent, for example, "General Director Stroisnab" Ivanov Semyon Petrovich "(on one line it is desirable to have no more than 2-3 words). Below write "from ..." and add your title and name in the genitive case (for example, the main adjuster Petrov Ivan Anatolyevich).
Step back down a bit and write "Statement" in the middle of the line. There is no special procedure for writing an application for dismissal under the law, but there is already a style that has been developed over the years, which should be adhered to. Usually the main text is as follows: "Please dismiss me at my own request from the post I hold." If you wish, you can add the name of the position, as well as the desired date of dismissal. In addition, additional details can be added, for example, "without working out" (in accordance with the exceptions set out in the legislation).
When you finish writing the application for dismissal on your own, put the date of submission of the document for consideration (number, month, year) in the lower left corner of the sheet. Opposite the date, put a personal signature on the right side of the sheet. Now it remains only to transfer the application to the management in the order established by the organization. For example, if your company has an office or a secretariat, hand it over to them. In the absence of special departments, transfer the document to the person to whom it is addressed, in person.
