Legislation establishes the right of the employer to name this or thatposition on your own. This possibility is excluded for those posts, the work on which gives the employee benefits and reimbursement (special food, reduced pension, additional leave) or restrictions (certain health requirements). You do not need to "dream" of a staff of 100 people, if you actually pay wages you can pay only sixty. And do not rely on the fact that paying less, get more employees.
