How to make an email
Business letters made to write on letterhead. They should already contain the details of the organization, so even in an e-mail should contain all the information about the company.
Just below the details, on the right side, you should specify the date of departure, and the month should be written in letters (May 12, 2011). In international correspondence, the abbreviations we have adopted are not used (05/12/11). In the USA, for example, first indicate the month, and then the day (May 12, 2011).
Below, on the left side, without making a new paragraph, write a polite appeal. In Russia, after the opening address, an exclamation mark is often put. In international practice, it is customary to put a comma.
On the next line after the call, you need to indicate the subject of the letter To do this, you can put "Re:" (English "in Reference to" - relative to what concerns). For example, “Re: In response to your telex dated May 18, 2011”.
If aletter dedicated to only one topic, then it can be specified in the field, immediately after the email address. But if the correspondence is conducted on several issues at once, then it is better to identify them immediately after the appeal. Thus it will be possible to break the letter into the appropriate number of blocks.
The so-called whole-block writing style is gaining more and more popularity. With the whole block style, paragraphs do not begin with a space of 5 spaces, but are aligned to the left. If you want to clearly separate the paragraphs from each other, then each new paragraph should begin after 3-4 spaces.
Ending a letter is usually a compliment. Mostly use the compliment "Sincerely Yours" ("Sincerely yours"). You can also restrict yourself to good wishes: “Best wishes to Mr.. "," Best regards "," Accept my best regards "(" My best regards "), etc.
