How to change the staff schedule
To make changes, there must be grounds, which are regulated by the Labor Code. The grounds can be the following: exclusion of posts or units in connection with the reorganization; the introduction of new posts in the expansion of production or the increase in the provision of services; reduction of units in the state due to the reduction in the size of the enterprise itself;change amount of salaries; renaming of posts, divisions or enterprises.
In the current labor legislation there are no special restrictions on making changes to the staffing table. The administration has the right to make them as necessary. The change in the staffing table is made in two ways: by issuing a local act (order a) or by approval. The way the leader chooses.
First, we must issue an order on the need to make changes, taking into account the requirements of Article 74 of the LC RF. The order cap may sound as follows: "On making changes to the staff list" or "On a partial change in staffingtimetables «.
If it is a question of specific employees, then they need to obtain written consent (personal statement) with the proposed changes, then the administration issues an additional order to make a specific change. Or an amended schedule is issued and approved by the head of the enterprise.
If the changes are significant, a new staffing table is being developed. If the changes are insignificant, then they are entered into an already valid document, only the contents of the corresponding graph (for example, the size of the salary) change.
The employer can have one schedule throughout the entire activity of the organization and only orders to regulate the number of posts, structural divisions or changes in salaries.
At the request of the employee, in accordance with Art. 62 TC RF, you can get an extract from the staff list. It should include information about the position and payments. Remember that according to Art. 88 TC RF, the size of salaries of other employees in the statement are not specified.
