How to issue a personal file to an employee
The composition of the personal file includes: an internal inventory of documents; a questionnaire and a personal sheet on personnel accounting; summary;
copies of documents on education (and all qualification certificates); Identity cards; references and other documents confirming changes in personal dataemployee (copies of the marriage certificate, TIN, insurance certificate, birth certificate of children); agreement on liability; copies of all orders on appointment, transfer, incentives, business trips, holidays, etc .; labor contract (contract); data of re-certification; characteristics.
All these documents (or their copies) must be sewn into one folder.
In the internal inventory it is necessary to list all documents that are filed in a personal file. Documents are filed in chronological order as they arrive. In the "Note" column of the internal inventory, it is indicated about the withdrawal of documents or about replacing the originals with copies. The internal inventory is signed by the employee who made it, with the name, surname, name, patronymic and date of compilation.
Entries that are recorded in a personal file are written with a pen or ballpoint pen of black, blue or purple colors, corrections are not permissible.
