How to make vacation to the general director of the enterprise
The decision to grant leave to ordinary employees of the organization is taken by the director of the enterprise. If he himself needs to leave, the right to make this decision should be spelled out in the constituent documents of the company. If this is not enshrined in the company's charter, the CEO must write a statement addressed to the chairman of the constituent assembly about the possibility of granting him leave, if there are several members of the company, or to the name of the sole founder, if the company has one participant. This application for vacation must be submitted by the head of the organization to the chairman of the board of founders or the sole participant no later than a month before the proposed vacation date.
The issue of granting leave to the director is considered by the meeting of participants and a protocol is drawn up of the board of founders, the sole decision of the sole participant of the enterprise.
When a statute or other constituent document of an organization stipulates that the director’s right to decide on leave is given by the manager himself, his leave must be included in the vacation schedule along with other employees. Two weeks before the actual vacation date, the CEO must submit a notice, which he should sign, thereby agreeing on the vacation start date.
The director should write an order in T-6 standardized form. The subject of the document corresponds to the provision of leave employee. Assign the order number and date of publication. In the administrative part of the document enter the surname, name, patronymic of the head of the enterprise, the name of his position, the structural unit. Indicate the date of the beginning and end of the vacation, write the number of calendar days of the vacation provided. The right to sign the order is the director of the enterprise, if he himself made this decision, by the chairman of the board of founders, if the issue of his leave was considered at a meeting of participants.
In parallel with the order for the granting of leave, it is necessary to draw up an order appointing the acting director general for the time of his absence. Such a person may be the head of one of the structural units, if the staffing table does not provide for the position of deputy director.
