How to issue an order for part-time work
In accordance with Art. 68 of the RF Customs Code, the order (order) on employment in combination is filled in according to the unified form No.Т-1 (approved by the Decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia No. 1 of January 5, 2004), and the basis for it is the employment contract concluded with the employee, should indicate the nature of the work - part-time. With internal part-time employees, whose main place of work is in the same enterprise, an additional agreement may be entered into an employment contract for the main post, which specifies the conditions for part-time work.
In the order (order) fill in the appropriate boxes, in which indicate the name of the structural unit, position (specialty, profession), which will be occupied by a part-time employee in accordance with the staffing table. In the event that an employee is hired for a probationary period, indicate the test period. In the text of the order, be sure to indicate the conditions for hiring in accordance with the text of the employment contract and the nature of the job - part-time.
Order to sign from the head of the enterprise or from that official who is authorized to sign the orders for employment by the relevant order. Hand the part-worker a second copy of the signed order against receipt.
The order is the basis for the employee to fill in the personal card of the employee in the form №T-2, having entered into it the relevant information. The chief accountant must give an order to open a personal account of the employee (Form N-T-54 or N-T-54a).
