How to make the result of the inventory
In order to formalize the results of inventory. a report inventory or inventory (minimum two copies) in a form approved by the state administration bodies.
Inform all responsible persons about the need to give a receipt about absence of claims to the members of the Commission, confirming their presence during validation by the Commission of property. Make sure the inventory was signed by all members of the Commission, materially responsible persons, and a person who has received material valuables and the person who confirms the accuracy of the data presented in the inventory.
If necessary (if the deviations of accounting data from the actual data) create collation statement.
Fill documents without errors and mistakes, clearly. If the error you made, cross out the incorrect data and it would not strikethrough, specify true. Remember that all corrections must be submitted to the members of the Commission and materially responsible persons and signed by them.
On each page of the act inventory in words, specify the number of material properties (sequence number) and saved in the page assets (regardless of units).
If the inventory remained blank lines, be sure to put dashes in them! Make sure to check mark all the necessary signatures were on the last page of the act inventory .
Remember that if in the process of registration of results inventory was violated any requirements or errors, the data of the accounting reporting can recognize the false, and resultsinventory – invalid. Be very careful when making the results inventory !
