How to issue a part-time employee
Work onpart-time are devoted to Art. 276 and Chapter 44 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The employee is entitled to work onpart-time an unlimited number of employers, including also their main employer. Remember that certain categories of individuals may not work onpart-time. These are, for example, deputies, persons under 18 years old, part of the employees of the Bank of Russia and other categories specified in the law.
When applying for a jobpart-time atemployee an identity document (passport), insurance certificate and, if necessary, a diploma or other education certificate should be required. Optionalemployee employment recordpart-time may be entered in the work book, but it is not entitled to demand it.
