How to apply for a part-time employee
Work onpart-time are devoted to art.276 and chapter 44 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The employee has the right to work onpart-time from an unlimited number of employers, including also their main employer. Remember that certain categories of persons do not have the right to workpart-time. These are, for example, deputies, persons under 18 years of age, part of employees of the Bank of Russia and other categories specified in the law.
