How to issue a part-time employee
Work onpart-time are devoted to Article 276 and Chapter 44 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The employee is entitled to work onpart-time an unlimited number of employers, including also their main employer. Remember that certain categories of persons may not work onpart-time. These are, for example, deputies, persons under the age of 18, part of the employees of the Bank of Russia and other categories specified in the law.
