How to arrange an employment contract
Labor contract is made with those who have reached the age of 16. However, the teenager of 14-15 years old who wants to earn money in your spare time, also can work under an employment contract with the written consent of the parents. For registration of labour contract the employee will need to present a passport, work book (if available), document on education (if any), certificate of insurance. If the employee goes to work for the first time, the work book he makes out his first employer.
The employee begins work from the day specified in the employment contract. The employment contract is effective from the moment it is signed by both parties. Each party receives a copy of the contract.
