How to apply for an employment relationship
The term contract is regulated by Article 59 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. It consists of: - to replace a temporarily absent employee;
- for the period of temporary work;
- when the firm has up to 35 employees;
- with full-time students;
- with pensioners;
— when working in combination.If the term of the contract came to an end, and the employee continues working, the employment contract is renewed. When the contract expires, and the services of the employee are no longer needed, it warns three working days prior to the termination of the employment relationship.
The contract is considered concluded for an indefinite period, if the date of its end is not specified.
In the employment contract it is indicated: - Full name employee;
- passport details;
- Employer's TIN;
- information about the employer;
- the place and date of the contract;
- Workplace of the employee;
- position and qualification;
- type of work performed;
- the date of commencement of work;
- operating mode;
- social insurance.
Can be specified additional conditions. For example, the period of probation. It cannot exceed 3 months. If the probationary period is not specified, then work the employee will be without him. Not passed the probationary period warning 3 working days before the dismissal in writing.
The contract is made in two copies and signed by the employee and the employer.
