How to make entries in the workbook

When an employee enters the organization in the section "Job Information", after the last entry, a full title is made and if there is an abbreviated name of the employer.

In the third column the entry "Accepted (a) for work is made. ". Then follows the instruction of the structural division of the company, if it is reflected in the employment contract, and the exact name of the post - strictly as in the organization's staffing table and the employment contract.
If a person is accepted as a transfer, this circumstance is indicated, and then, with the consent of the employee or on his initiative, a transfer is made.
In the fourth column, the date and number of the order, order or other decision of the employer about the acceptance of a specialist for work are entered.
In the same format, a decision is made to transfer to another position in the same division or another subdivision of the company, including located outside the city of the office where the employee worked before the transfer.
In thisrecords the essential information is reflected: if a statement is mentioned in the application and the transfer order, it is also indicated in therecords. If the transfer is made within the same department, it is not necessary to mention it.
In the workbook are also enteredrecords on the time of service in the army (on the basis of a military ticket), training, assigning a new rank, profession, qualification category, changing the name of the employer, not including time of work in continuous work experience and its restoration.
A record of hiring under conditions of internal or external compatibility is made only at the request of the employee.
The notice of dismissal is made with an indication of the reason for dismissal and a reference to a specific paragraph of the article of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, which provides the basis for termination of the employment contract.
