How to make entries in the workbook

When an employee enters the organization in the section "Information about work", after the last entry, a heading is made - the full and if available abbreviated name of the employer.
Only after this is the serial number of the nextrecords - exactly one unit more than the previous one. So, if the record of dismissal from the previous place of work is number 7, the admission of the holder of the employment record book to the current one should be 8. The ordinal number is entered in the first column of the table on the employment page.
The second is the date of affixingrecords. in the day and month format in two-digit numbers, with a zero in front if necessary, and a year in four-digit numbers, each value is strictly in the field allotted to it.
The third column makes the entry “Accepted (a) to work. ". The following is an indication of the structural unit of the company, if it is reflected in the employment contract, and the exact name of the position is strictly as in the organization’s staff list and the employment contract.
If a person is accepted in the order of transfer, this circumstance is indicated, and the transfer is made with the consent of the employee or on his initiative.
The fourth column shall include the date and number of the order, order or other decision of the employer to hire a specialist.
In the same format, the decision is made to transfer to another position in the same division or another division of the company, including located in an office outside the home city where the employee worked before the transfer.
In thisrecords essential information is reflected: if a subdivision is mentioned in the application and the transfer order, it is indicated andrecords. If the translation is made within one unit, it is not necessary to mention it.
The work book also includesrecords about the time of service in the army (on the basis of a military ticket), training, assigning a new level, profession, qualification category, changing the name of the employer, not including the time of work in the continuous work experience and its restoration.
Record of employment on the conditions of internal or external combination is made only at the request of the employee.
A record of dismissal is made indicating the reason for dismissal and a reference to a specific paragraph of the article of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for the basis for termination of the employment contract.
In recent years, instead of “dismissed (a)” they often write “the employment contract is terminated at the initiative of the employee (or employer)”. However, there is no unity on this issue among personnel officers.
