How to apply for a product
Before you apply for the product, contact the seller. Find out how you can submit your application: by phone, fax or send to an email address. Many trading companies have their own sites on which the possibility of filling and sending an application can also be realized. Specify the time when applications are accepted in one way or another in this way.
Each trade organization can develop its own form of the application form. But in any of them there will be provided such mandatory fields as the name of your organization, the surname and initials of the contact person who will handle this application, his phone number. In addition, you will need to specify the specification of the ordered commodity items, their modification, and the required quantity for each item.
When you make an order, you as a buyer have the right to indicate whether there is a price limit on ordered goods, indicating the marginal cost of each of them. In the event that the delivery of these goods has a temporary limitation, indicate the final date to which the goods are to be delivered. It makes sense to indicate in the application and the fact that this product is intended to participate in the tender, if it is planned to conduct it.
After receiving the application, the manager of the seller will process it and, if he has any questions, will contact you via the contact phone number indicated in it. He will inform you also the result of processing your application by phone, fax or e-mail. Usually the manager should in any case contact you by phone and inform, even if the results of processing the application were sent to you by fax or by mail. Then you will only have to confirm the order, so that the goods indicated in it were reserved in the seller's warehouse. If no confirmation of the application is received, the goods will be withdrawn from the reserve.
