How to design department structure
Start with the design of the general structure of the enterprise in the organization's statutory documents. Statutory documents include: the name of the enterprise, the form of ownership, the owner, the legal status, the composition of the property, the list of management bodies, the number of structural units and their description. Then the main office of the enterprise, as well as each separate subdivision, must independently formalize and approvestructure its departments.

Check the correctness of the staffing schedule and the completeness of the information contained in it. It is recommended to include in the staff list such items as: name of the organization; number of staff list; date of compilation; structural units that are listed in order of hierarchy; the procedure for establishing the names of posts; the number of staff units, their salaries and allowances.
Approve the staffing list, with the help of the signature of the headdepartment personnel of the enterprise, as well as the chief accountant.
Issue an order for approval of this staff list by the main manager of the organization or a person authorized by him. Authorization of the staff schedule by the heads of the branch, acting on the basis of the power of attorney of the principal head of the organization, is allowed.
