How to organize individual planning
It's not enough to schedule a list of the things that you are going to do in a day. The individual plan should be made taking into account that your working capacity changes during the day and, for example, in the morning and at certain hours after lunch it is maximum. You know yourself better, so determine these periods of increased efficiency. Take into account in the plan and those daily affairs, which you must fulfill at a strictly stipulated time.
Review the list of your daily activities and identify priorities and those that require maximum concentration. Schedule their implementation for those hours when you can boast of high performance. Try to use them as efficiently as possible and exclude distractions, concentrate and ask your colleagues not to distract you.
Form large and similar in nature tasks in blocks, this will help not to waste time on rebuilding. Such organization of work on the principle of "conveyor" will promote more efficient use of working time. When changing activities, take a break - have a cup of tea or just take a break for a few minutes to "free" the head.
If you are working on a large and long-term project, do not postpone its implementation "for later". Include work on it in your daily plan and perform part of this work every day. After a while you will get some concrete results that will serve as an incentive for the implementation of the remaining stages. You, therefore, exclude emergency situations and eliminate the cause of nervousness and stress.
In the event that the instruction does not have a specific deadline, then install it yourself and systematically work on its implementation. Those things that can be solved quickly, do it right away - after all, you are preliminarily acquainted with them. If possible, immediately after reading the business letter or getting acquainted with the instruction, give the answer or execute the instruction.
