How to organize individual planning
It is not enough to schedule a list of tasks that you are going to do in a day. An individual plan should be made taking into account the fact that your working capacity changes during the day and, for example, in the morning and at certain hours after lunch, it is maximum. You yourself know yourself better, so identify these periods of increased uptime. Consider in the plan and those daily tasks that you must perform at a strictly agreed time.
Review the list of your daily tasks and determine the priorities and those that require maximum concentration. Schedule their implementation at the hours when you can boast of high performance. Try to use them as productively as possible and eliminate distractions, focus and ask colleagues not to distract you.
Form large and similar in character tasks into blocks, this will help not to waste time on reorganizing. Such an organization of work on the principle of "pipeline" will contribute to a more efficient use of working time. When changing activities, take a break - have a cup of tea or just take a break for a few minutes to “free” your head.
If you are working on a large and long-term project, you should not postpone its implementation “for later”. Include work on it in your daily plan and do some of this work every day. After some time, you will get some concrete results that will serve as an incentive to perform the remaining steps. You, thereby, eliminate emergency situations and eliminate the cause of nervousness and stress.
In the event that the order does not have a specific deadline, then install it yourself and systematically work on its implementation. Do things that can be solved quickly, do it right away, because you still get acquainted with them beforehand. If there is an opportunity, immediately after reading a business letter or reading an instruction, give an answer or execute the instruction.
