How to organize the work of the department

Determine for yourself the possibilities of each, think about what personal qualities you can use for the benefit of your work - dedication, accuracy, healthy careerism, thoroughness, etc.
Combine this knowledge and give everyone exactly the front of work where it will be most useful and the work on which will bring him pleasure. Work should not be hard labor, although for some it is. Only creative work, awareness of the importance of the work performed and the promotion of success achieved by a person can be an incentive for its further development in a professional sense.
Explain to each of his tasks, his area of responsibility, and what you expect from him in the end, but at the same time, do not forget about the mutual assistance and interchangeability of employees, so that illness or the absence of one will never cause a slowdown in the streamlined workflow.
Combine your employees into a single team, explain the importance of the task assigned to the department, note how much it depends on the work contribution of each, support a healthy team spirit in the team.
