How to organize the work of the department
Completely study the entire technological chain of work of yourdepartment from what comes in at the entrance and what should happen at the exit. Make yourself clear about this, and think about which personnel and organizational solutions will be optimal for the fulfillment of the task set before you.
Study your employees. There are clearly defined psychological types of people for whom psychologists have given definitions and recommendations, whichthe work they are able to perform with the maximum impact and what can be expected by instructing them to do the job. Determine for yourself the possibilities of each, think about what personal qualities can be used for the benefit of work - dedication, accuracy, healthy careerism, scrupulousness, etc.
Combine this knowledge and entrust each person with exactly the front of the work, where he will be most useful and work on which will bring him pleasure. Work should not be hard labor, although for some it is. Only creative work, the awareness of the importance of the performed work and the encouragement of the successes achieved by man can become an incentive for its further development in a professional way.
Explain to everyone its task, its area of responsibility, and what you expect from it in the end, but at the same time, do not forget about mutual assistance and the interchangeability of employees, so that the disease or the absence of one will never cause the braking of the work process to stop.
Combine your employees into a single team, explain the importance of the task assigned to the department, note how much it depends on the labor contribution of everyone, support the team in a healthy team spirit.
Never forget to encourage employees, and do it publicly. But to read better alone. Do not make pets and favorites, such unhealthy rivalry has never led to good. Support in your team a normal companionship. Much in the workdepartment depends on you.
