How to organize the work of the technical department
Consider the place of the department in the overall structure of the enterprise, determine its relationship with other structural units, both horizontal and managerial - vertical. Ensure a planned arrival in the technical department of the tools, materials, raw materials and components necessary for its operation, as well as the timely acceptance of its products and reporting.
Develop a clause about the department, which describe its functions and tasks, purpose, objectives, rights, responsibilities and regulatory grounds for its activities. Prepare job descriptions for each workplace and provide it with other methodical and instructive materials that the employee will be required to follow in the course of his activities. Determine the personal responsibility of each employee of the department for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him and occasional assignments of the department head. Establish the degree and order of hierarchical subordination of posts.
