How to refrain from traveling
The most common way to avoidbusiness trips is the hospital. Often the employee is easier to get help from the hospital (even if he is healthy) than to go on a business trip, in which he does not want to go. However, this method is suitable only for extremely rare usage, because the employer will become suspicious – and this is a big risk to lose their job.
Trip must be fully accompanied by all necessary documents, including: orders, duty assignment and traveling certificate. If in an office job something that is contrary to your duties, then, according to the labor contract, you have every right to refuse business trips. Although this method is not conducive to a "good" solution.
If you are sent on a business trip "forgetting" to issue travel, you also have the right to cancel the trip. Even if the company guarantees reimbursement of expenses, nevertheless, you don't have to go at their own expense.
For women there are special rules if they are pregnant or have young children. A pregnant woman generally can not be sent on business trips, if she did not sign the special consent form. A woman with a young child can also be sent on a working trip, but only if she'll consent to it in writing. If a person has a disabled children under 18 years of age, or is he, according to the medical report, caring for a sick relative, he also has the right to refuse business trips.
Instead of trying to come up with gimmicks and tricks, isn't it better to try to negotiate with the company? As a rule, everyone is trying to send to the missions only those who can go on a working trip, and it would not prejudice their interests.
