To be able to objectively evaluatethe work staff meet regularly with them and sum up the intermediate results of the work. Evaluating any employee, be sure to take into account not only the last remembered by his achievements and misdemeanors, but all his work over the last year. Do not let your personal attachments and emotions influence the results of evaluating employees. Focus exclusively on their professional qualities and performance.
Estimatethe work employee will help identify its strengths and weaknesses. Discuss them with the employee, try to come to a joint decision about whether it is possible to overcome the weaknesses and how to further develop the dignity of the employee, work out a development plan for the next year.
