How to answer questions during job interviews
Before you go for an interview, take care of your appearance. After all, the first impression should be the most favorable. Clothing must match the position for which you are applying. This may be a strict business suit or other clothes in a business style, but in any case, a neat look, well-groomed hair, clean shoes should be in the first place.
Before the interview, learn as much as possible about the company in which you came to get a job. You must clearly know what the company does. Let your employer understand that you are really interested in gettingthe job it is in this firm.
When answering questions, do not retell your entire biography and do not fall into lengthy speeches. Try to speak no more than 2-3 minutes. This is quite enough to clearly and essentially convey important information about yourself or your previous work. At the same time, do not respond in monosyllables, this can be an indicator of your lack of self-confidence or your inability to formulate your thoughts.
Keep calm no matter what question you are asked. Remember that the employer is looking for a person who meets all the requirements, therefore, he is interested in this or that fact not out of idle curiosity. Answer all questions kindly, show your willingness to cooperate. It will be appreciated.
Try to talk about yourself as honestly as possible. When asking about past work, do not scold former bosses and colleagues. The reason for leaving a previous position may be a salary delay, and distance from home or your move.
It is important to properly present yourself, talking about their achievements or failures. It is appropriate to criticize yourself. But at the same time focus on the fact that you yourself have corrected your mistakes. This will undoubtedly be regarded only in your favor. At the same time, tell us about your successful projects, but do not praise yourself too immodestly.
