How to answer the questions when applying for a job
Answer briefly, succinctly and original. The first thing you are asked in the interview – tell us about yourself. No need to tell us his life story within 10 minutes. The conclusion you will be made unflattering. Think of one or two succinct sentences which will describe your business. For example: "I am a senior Manager, developed several new techniques to reduce costs and increase the productivity of the enterprise that allowed my former employer to increase your profits 2 times". The following phrase needs to be on how you can perform like that in the new organization.
Speak clearly and convincingly. For this you need to prepare well and answer clearly what benefits you can bring to the employer. Best of all, if you make a real preliminary calculations.
Consider in advance the answers to common questions. One of them – why do you wish to work in this company. The answer is build so that specialist staff were convinced of your competence and desire to work. For example: "Your rapidly growing company has long aroused my interest. I was close to the area where you work. I think that working with you, I can achieve more than the previous place."
Never throw mud at your previous colleagues and managers. The question of why you were fired, always will be performed. Prepare for it in advance. It is best to say that you are satisfied, but were not given the opportunity for full self-realization. Or take note of another option: "the Reduction was the impetus for active job search, and I realized that my qualifications and knowledge can be used more effectively."
Don't tell about personal goals in response to a question about plans for the future. Link your aspirations with the new job: "I want to gain work experience in your company and advance your career".
Be enthusiastic. You need it when you answer the question of why you are interested in this vacancy. Associate requirements with their data, enter their matches. Let a prospective employer understand that you are willing to work for their company.
