How to transfer a worker to another position
Study the staffing table: which oneposition should be in the future busy with the employee - as it is called and how the department or division is called, in whose structure it is included.
Ask the employee to write a statement about the transfer to the new position, which should be given the old position of the employee, his surname, name and patronymic name, exact name of the new post in accordance with the standard schedule and the date of the transfer. The statement shall be signed by the employee and his supervisor and officer who will be its leader in the future (if not one and the same person). The statement should stand, the date of its publication.
On the basis of employee's application produced the order, signed by senior officials of the company (if the other official is not recognized by the internal documents of the company as responsible for signing such documents). The order must contain the essence of the statement, namely, to point out what the employee is transferred, at which position (name, in accordance with the staffing level), with what salary. And must specify the date of the order and its registration number.
After the execution and signing of the order with its content, the employee being translated is introduced. About what in the order there should be a corresponding record, and also the signature of this employee.
On the basis of the issued order is drawn up the agreement on amending the employment contract. The agreement must specify the date and place of its conclusion, the signatories (the highest official or other authorized person and the employee to be translated) number and date of the contract, and also the essence of the agreement: transfer of an employee to a new position. The agreement is drawn up in two copies, one for each party.
