How to write proposals and reports that deliver results
Develop corporate form for writing proposals and reports. Install the credentials of employees who are required to maintain appropriate documentation, create forms or samples on which it will be developed. The company's management must monitor the received proposals and reports and to respond to them in a timely manner.
Write a sentence on your behalf, if you have the appropriate authority. You can send it to your supervisor or Director of the company. In the sentence you can Express your thoughts about the changes in the aspect of the enterprise in which you are competent.
Take only those suggestions which, in your opinion, are the most effective and will be approved by management. Do not specify false information, defame the reputation of other employees and to direct the leadership too a large number of proposals. In this case, you can make an administrative reprimand.
Make a report that will inform the leadership you have taken action on the task. Consider your reporting plan and develop it in stages, breaking their activities into specific time periods: hours, days, months etc. it's best to do in a table or list.
Report the results of work performed in each period. At the end of the report a summary of all your activities, please indicate how fully you have completed all the work. Note all problems technical and otherwise, encountered in the process of operation.
An Annex to the report may be different documents confirming the work done. Direct report to the leadership within the rules of the time. As a rule, this should be done weekly or monthly. After consideration of the report or several of the proposals, the Manager can arrange the workshop and to voice their opinion.
