How to write a psychological conclusion
Describe the main complaints of the patient in two or three sentences. Give an assessment of his psychological state at the beginning of the conversation. Analyze his attentiveness, fatigue, what kind of assessment he gives his working capacity. Perhaps the patient will complain about general health. All this should be recorded in the first paragraph of your conclusion.
Devote the second part of the conclusion to describing how the patient coped with the tasks that you gave him during the survey. Does he fulfill them quickly, does he need to make efforts for this? Was he interested in the tasks? Can the patient himself be critical of his work? How much is his assessment adequate? This part of the conclusion should not be voluminous. Three to five sentences.
Describe in detail the clinical picture of the condition of the subject. List the techniques that you used in the work. Specifically and in detail describe the results you came to. In detail, and with examples (specific phrases, a description of actions), indicate how the subject behaved in this or that case. This part should be a set of abstracts, which you should illustrate with concrete examples. This part is the most meaningful and voluminous. One of the most important characteristics of this part of your conclusion is its objectivity.
Summarize your research. List some key characteristics that you can give to the person being examined. This summary should not contain a diagnosis, a psychological conclusion does not require it. Only a few basic theses, using which in the future it will be possible to diagnose.
