How to prepare personal information
Pay attention to the fact that if you are a solo entrepreneur and don't have employees, you must submit reports to the Pension Fund once a year (before 1 March following the reporting period). Of course, there's no need to understand the subtleties and intricacies of reporting, so feel free to contact the experts.
In order for you to be able to prepare a report for the PF, prepare the following documents: passport, TIN, OGRN, insured individual account number, receipts for payment of insurance premiums.
Do not forget that starting from 2010, together with individualintelligence you are required to submit a report on the form of RSV-2. Without this report, yourintelligence individual personalized accounting will not be accepted.
If you have employees, you must submit reports every quarter. It is very expensive to pay a third party money for the preparation of quarterly reports, so these reports try to do it yourself. It's not as difficult as it seems at first glance.
First of all, "download" from the Internet or take a program in the regional branch of the Pension Fund to complete the reporting. This program is issued to all comers for free.
Next, decide which forms of reporting your organization must take. Typically, this is:
CZV-6-1, CZV-6-2, ADV-6-3, ADV-6-2. And, of course, do not forget about the report on the form of RSV-1.
Before filling the form read the instructions carefully to them. Instruction is available in the program. It is very crisp and clear. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call your branch of the Pension Fund. You can also visit the official website of the RF pension Fund. There you also can find answers to all your questions.
And the last thing, that you would not have to re-do all the reporting because of some misunderstanding with payments, make a reconciliation with the Pension Fund in advance. Good luck to you!
