How to Prepare for an Interview
First, before going to the interview, gather all important documents that you might need. These include the following: passport, work book, diploma of education, certificate of insurance, VAT number, Bank details, recommendations of past employers.
Second, be sure to take care of your appearance. If you are going to get into an elite organization, dress in accordance with their future status. Suppose the employer in any fashion magazine will evaluate primarily your style and ability to present itself through unusual things. Conversely, the Director of the accounting office will assess your ability to dress conservatively, using only a monotone color scheme. Be sure to take care of your hair. If you have not had a haircut and didn't wear makeup, make sure you go to the hairdresser. Also, it would be appropriate to do a manicure as well-groomed nails can characterize you as a sloppy person.
Third, be clear with what you can offer the employer. Make a list of services you can provide and literally memorize them. Be prepared that you will have to adjust quickly to the needs of the employer, changing an old standard in a new one. The person who takes you to work, should see you as a reliable worker who will be able to solve most of the problems. Not to drop a clanger in front of the employer, suggest a few times to rehearse your speech in front of a mirror or in front of loved ones. Friends will point you to the flaws, then you will be able to correct.
Fourth, forget about your qualities as fear and excitement. In applying for a job important quality is confidence. If you are afraid of situations of uncertainty, think for yourself or ask friends to compile a list of incriminating questions. Your risk to show himself in a bad form will decrease if you come up with as many answers. The fear and anxiety can also be removed with the help of sedatives (green tea, tincture of Valerian). Try to avoid strong stress before taking on the job as well as have a good rest the night before the interview. Directly in front of the office of the employer try to keep myself in good shape. Stay tuned for even breathing, behave sincerely and moderately restrained.
