How to recruit a student
According to Article 59 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, full-time students can not be admitted to permanentthe work. With them you can only conclude a contract for a period of up to the end of their training. At the same time, considering that full-time students must appear regularly at the educational institution, the employer must complete a full-time, but not 05, or even 0, 25 of the work rate.
Making out the contract with a full-time student, please note that the Labor Code does not provide for the payment of study leave for this category of students (in contrast to part-time students and evening students). You can separately prescribe in the employment contract the presence or absence of yourstudent-worker educational paid leave, referring to the collective agreement or other statutory document.
The conclusion of a contract with a student is in fact no different from a standard procedure with any other employee. In addition to one nuance: for understandable reasons, the student can not yet grant to the personnel department or accounting department a diploma of profile education. Given this, take from the student only those documents that he has on hand, with the proviso that after graduation, he will need to bring a diploma or a copy of it.
The contract with the part-time student must contain a guarantee of paid educational leave for the employee during the sessions. If your enterprise is private, and the charter does not provide for such benefits, at least write down a line about giving the student another paid leave or days without retaining the content for the exams.
