The employer must obtain a written statement of employment and documents which regulates article 65 of the LC RF. In addition to the standard set of documents, passports, employment records, INN, pension insurance certificate, you will need to document the qualifications, allowing to hold this position.
When makingthe mainaccountant. you need to make the employment contract, pursuant to article 57 of the LC RF. The employment agreement should reflect all features of work, payment, liability. Features of the employment contract provide guidance on the storage of commercial secrets and not disclosing it to third parties. A separate paragraph stipulates the grounds for early termination of the employment relationship. In accordance with article 243 of TK of the Russian Federation the accountant may be subject to full liability or partial, within the monthly salary. This item gives to the legislator the discretion of the head.
In accordance with the implementation of special functions and article 70, the chief accountant, you can set a probationary period of 6 months. During the probationary period the employer may terminate the employment agreement and to specify the reason – did not pass probation. In addition, the employment agreement may be terminated in accordance with the TC RF, in case of any losses due to wrong decisions and actions, change of ownership or transfer of the property to another Agency.
After the conclusion of an employment contract, the employer issues an order. Record of work is made in the workbook.
