How to recruit an employee
To begin with, the employee writes the application with a request to take him to the post. The statement is written addressed to the Director, specify the name of the company, the name and initials of the head. Fit fully surname, name and patronymic of the employee. The contents of the statement, for example, is this: "I would like to apply for the post of accountant on the payroll to the accounting Department". Put the date of writing the application, the signature of the employee. The head of the Department to which the employee accepted the position, causing a resolution, for example, in this "Take from 15 August 2011". Further, the supervisor puts his signature.
After writing the application you must enclose an employment contract between the employee and the organization in two copies. In the contract specify the surname, name and patronymic of the employee, his INN, passport details, national insurance number, residence and actual place of residence. Place signature of the employee and the Department head sign the contract with the seal of the organization. Give one copy to the employee, other hem in the personal file of the employee.
When a written statement and signed an employment contract, the Director issues an order on employment. The content of the order, for example, the following: "I Order you to take Volkova Irina Konstantinovna in the post of accountant on the payroll to the accounting Department from August 15, 2011." Put the signature and seal of the organization, the date of issuance of the order and the corresponding number.
After placing the order, store the record in the labor book of the employee, specify where, when and what position adopted by specialist, check number, and the date of the order. For example, in column 3 the entry: "Accepted the position of accountant for payroll to the accounting Department", base (graph 4) – the order number 7/1 of 15.08.2011
