How to recruit an employee
Before the interview, review resumes and cover letters of applicants. Don't spend a large number of interviews in one day, the best option – 3 candidates, a maximum of 5 people, otherwise you may get confused among the candidates or get tired and miss some important information.
To interview is not easy. For convenience, prepare a list of basic questions, the same for all applicants. The answers of the candidates should write along with their contact information. Some serious managers prefer to write out the interview on tape for later listening and reflection, perhaps this option will work for you.
Difficult from one conversation to understand how your opponent is suitable for the performance of certain duties. If your organization has a recruitment Manager, and all the interviews you spend directly (head), possibly with one of the candidates you have to interview again.
You liked the applicant, but it does not meet the requirements, whether it is possible to employ employee in such a situation? Think about how if you like some of his qualities, able to help him in his professional activity, or it is something you are interested in as a person? Consider this, if there is to be a second option is to refuse, it's business, nothing personal.
If from all candidates, you can allocate 2-3 people, equally suitable for the job, it makes sense to give a chance to prove himself to everyone by taking them on probation. To maintain a good atmosphere in the team would be better if all subjects will be working in different offices, or at least to carry out individual tasks without the need to contact each other.
