How to pass a job interview
Your resume interested, and the HR Manager called you to inquire about your candidacy in more detail and to appoint date of interview. Be friendly and confident. Details answer the questions of the recruiter, try to increase the interest to your person to get a long-awaited invitation for an interview.
The date of the meeting is appointed. The next step is interview preparation. Find out more about the company, in which you go. Find out more about its corporate principles, values, main directions of activities.
Before you leave home be sure to grab a copy of your resume, passport, a pen and a Notepad. It is useful there will be some demonstration materials: portfolio with your work or presentation. Think carefully about the answers to favorite questions of any of the recruiters: "Why do you go to work in our company?", "Why did you leave your previous job?" and "where do you see yourself in 5 years?". Prepare in the evening a business suit, consider the travel route to the place of interview and go to sleep.
During the interview be smiling, friendly. Answer the questions in the case and deployed, but say no more than 2-3 minutes. If you pass the interview, you still have a chance to tell about yourself. Don't forget to show a keen interest in the company and the position for which you came to get, ask several questions about your duties, the company, the team, the prospects.
After the interview ended don't forget to thank a potential colleague or a recruiter for the meeting. After a few days, without waiting for feedback following the meeting, it is useful to remind the company of myself. But don't be too persistent.
