You need to flash the case in accordance with the job description. In any case, this work in all companies is carried out according to general principles. First you need to number each document in order. Remember to remove all paper clips, metal brackets and pins from the paper.
Start sewing the case so that the sheets can be read later. To do this, make four stationery awl vertically in the center of the left margin of the documents. The distance between the holes must be at least three centimeters. It is convenient to use a special desktop machine for flashing and binding documents of A-4 format. With it, you can easily create the necessary folders - it can immediately drill through a stack of paper up to 10 cm thick.
Use a special needle, as well as a string of twine or durable nylon threads to latch up the documents. In extreme cases, you can fold the usual thread several times. Usually the documents are stitched twice in a row so that the sheets are more securely fastened. This is especially important if the case is preparing for an eternal archive.
Leave the loose ends at the thread or twine about 6 cm. They will need to be dragged through the central hole on the wrong side of the last document and firmly tied in a knot.
Glue the knot and the ends of the threads with a circle (about 4 cm in diameter) or a square (4 x 5 cm in size) with stationery glue. The shape must be cut from thick white paper.
Put the seal in such a way that it partially goes on a paper sticker, and with one edge on the last sheet of the stitched case. You can also fill this place with wax.
Wait until the glue is completely dry. Then, directly under the stamp, indicate the number of sheets attached to the file and sign the official. Add a letter of testimony and specify the date of certification. Also copies of documents from several sheets are hemmed, at the same time it is necessary to put a seal with the signature, date and the inscription “The copy is correct”.
Twist the case for temporary storage in a paperback, and documents for a durable archive - in a solid. Point out the last dates in the case.
