How to Distribute Responsibilities
Define for yourself a list of duties that you can trust its employees. Consider, knowing their abilities and potential, what responsibilities each of them will handle best. Consider the qualifications of each and try not to instruct man in those duties with which it is not good.
Invite everyone, explain to him, what are you going to charge, what to expect from his participation in the execution of these responsibilities, plan together, how they will be implemented. Ask, how big is the desire of the employee to fulfill certain responsibilities, encourage this desire, including material. Explain the importance of performed tasks and those powers that are provided for its implementation. Ask the employee to explain how he will achieve the performance of their duties and answer any questions that may arise for this reason.
Don't forget to monitor the performance of employees of their duties, but do not limit its creative impulses — it needs to take place for specific maneuvers for optimal use of allocated resources. But you have to be sure that its activities are carried out in the right direction, be ready in time to correct it.
