How to calculate the sickness rate at the UTII
If there is doubt about the authenticity of the document, you can begin to calculate the necessary payments. These payments depend on the insurance experience of the worker, i.e. the period when the employer paid his premiums in the FSS:
- up to 5 years of insurance period - 60% of average earnings;
- from 5 to 8 years - 80% of the average earnings;
- from 8 years - 100% of the average earnings.
To calculate the average wage is taken 24 of the preceding month, including vacation. The data are summed and divided by the number of days — 730. If the experience is less than two years, the daily salary is calculated according to the actually accrued. It is considered by the formula:
(*24)/ 730 = * % payout = T where salary monthly salary daily, T — one day of sick leave. Multiply the resulting figure by the number of calendar days specified in the certificate. That should be the payoff.
In that case, if obtained in the calculation of price of one day of sick leave, below minimum wage (in terms of one day), to pay for sick leave you must, on the basis of the statutory minimum wage. It will be easier to specify a figure in the local branch FSS of the Russian Federation, since in some regions it is added to the regional rate.
