How to calculate the rate of production
For mass and large-scale production, characterized by taking into account the work of special workers engaged in preparatory and final works, the time norm for manufacturing a unit of production is equal to the norm of the piece-calculation time. For piece, serial and small-scale production, when the same employee performs the basic, preparatory and final work, these time norms will be different.
When calculating the rate of output, expressing the necessary result of employees' activities, natural indicators are used: pieces, meters, kilograms. The rate of output (Nvir) is the quotient of the duration of one working shift (Vs) for the time it takes to manufacture a unit of production (Bst). For mass production, the production rate will be:
Nvir = Ss / Vt.
If production is serial or single, then in the above formula is used the value of Bmdk - the time norm, determined by the calculation method when calculating the unit cost of production. In this case, the rate of production is calculated by the formula:
Nvir = Ss / Vstk.
In those industries where the preparatory stage is calculated and normalized separately for each working shift, the rate of production should be calculated by the formula:
Нвыр = (Вхм - Впз) / Тcm, where Внз - time spent for preparatory-final works.
The formula for calculating the production rate in cases of using automated and hardware equipment will be somewhat different:
Нвр = Но * Нвм, where Нo - the maintenance norm, Нвм - the rate of equipment production, which is equal to:
Нвм = Нвм theor * Кпв. Here Нвм theor is the theoretical norm for the production of used equipment, Кпв - the coefficient of useful labor time for one shift.
In the case of using periodic hardware processes, the rate of production is:
Нвр = (Всем - Воб - В отл) * ВП * Но / Воп, where В about - the time spent on maintenance of equipment, Votal - the time norm for the personal needs of the staff, the VP - the output produced in one period, Bp - the duration of this period .
The price (P) can be calculated by the formulas:
P = C / Hyp, or
Р = Вшт * С, where С - the rate of the given category of work.
