To calculate wages, you have the salary divided by the number of worked days to calculate the average amount of payment per day, then multiply by the number of days worked. As a rule, to calculate average daily earnings is taken the number of 29.4 (the average number of days in the month).For example, the employee worked 18 days in a month. According to the labor contract, he has a monthly payment of 10,000 rubles. Thus, to calculate the average daily earnings, you have 10,000 rubles to divide by 29.4. It turns out 340,14 rubles a day. Then 340,14 rubles, multiply by the number of worked days – 18
Then calculate the amount of compensation for unused vacation days. First, count the appropriate number of days. To do this, define the seniority. Add up all the days when you were actually at work or were absent for a valid reason (but in that case, if the number in the month does not exceed 14 days). As a rule, for every month of work expected of 2.33 days leave. This figure was obtained by dividing the total number of vacation days for 12 months (calendar year). Determining the number of months worked, multiply their number by 2.33.For example, an employee worked for 5 months, one of which is not fully – he was absent from work for 16 days. Thus, this month is excluded from the total experience. Calculate the number of allowed vacation days: 4 months*of 2.33=9.32 day. Thus, the employee is allowed 10 days of vacation.
To determine the amount of compensation, you must multiply your average monthly earnings by the required number of vacation days.
